Orders made on amiparis.com are delivered worldwide, with the exception of a few countries.

Orders are prepared within an average of 1 to 3 business days*; this may take longer during busy periods. In addition to this logistical time, the below delivery times must also be taken into account.

Orders are delivered by DHL (Express or Standard, depending on the destination). DHL only delivers on business days, according to the average delivery times below, given for information purposes only:

DHL EXPRESS:

- Europe: 1 to 2 days (not including Cyprus)
- USA: 1 to 3 days
- Rest of the world: 1 to 4 days (with exceptions)
 
DHL STANDARD:
- Only available in Europe: 2 to 5 business days (with exceptions)
 
Delivery times may be extended during busy periods or in the event of a stock shortage.
 
Please note that circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, may result in delivery delays.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the following factors:
- destination country/location
- the delivery option chosen from several different shipping methods (Express or Standard)
 
The prices of each available option are displayed at checkout.
 
Europe: Standard delivery is free for all orders over €300 for the European Union, except for :
France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and Spain : Standard delivery is free for all orders over €250
Italy : Standard delivery is free for all orders over €210
 
The United Kingdom : Standard delivery is free for all orders over £260
 
Thailand : Standard delivery is free for all orders over 13000 THB
 
USA and Australia : Free delivery with no minimum purchase amount

You will be notified by email of the shipment of your order and its handling by DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you can track the progress by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. DHL will also inform you of the delivery terms and the delivery progress by email. You can also choose a different delivery method if you wish (drop off at a DHL locker, for example).

Unfortunately, delivery to store is not yet possible for orders placed on amiparis.com.

Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot change the details or the delivery information. If you have made a mistake when entering your delivery address, please contact our customer service team on +44 203 445 6138 within 30 minutes maximum of placing your order to request cancellation. Our advisors will do everything possible to approve your request, however this is not guaranteed.

PO Boxes are not eligible delivery addresses. Orders made to PO Box addresses will not be accepted.

You cannot choose the date or time of delivery of your order. However, you can contact DHL directly via the SMS and/or email received to set a delivery date. If you are not going to be present when your order is scheduled for delivery, you can change the delivery option and request for it to be left in a DHL locker.

Our logistics teams take the greatest care when preparing your orders and ensuring the reliability of the delivery services that they work with. If, despite these precautions, your package arrives damaged, please check that all items ordered are in your package and that they have not been damaged. If necessary, you can send us the following elements by completing our contact form : your order number, a detailed description of the situation, the reference number of the missing or damaged items, photos of the package and items. Please hold on to all these items until the investigation is closed. Do not remove the AMI PARIS label attached to the item, or we will not be able to comply with your request. 

AMI PARIS cannot be held responsible for customs clearance operations or decisions as a result of inspections carried out by customs authorities, nor for any delays linked to these operations.

We kindly ask you to contact the local authorities directly for any information regarding these operations. 

If, despite the care taken in preparing your order, you notice that an item is missing from your package, please contact our AMI PARIS advisors via our contact form as soon as possible. Please specify your order number as well as the reference number of the missing item so that your request is processed as quickly as possible.

If you have received an item that does not seem to meet the brand’s quality standards (holes, stains, loose thread, etc.), please contact our AMI PARIS advisors as soon as possible via our contact form.

Please clearly specify your order number, send us some photos and the reference number of the item concerned so that your request is processed as quickly as possible.

Please do not remove the AMI PARIS label attached to your item, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Despite the vigilance of our preparation teams, you have received an item that does not correspond to what you ordered. Please accept our apologies.

We invite you to contact our AMI PARIS advisors as soon as possible via our contact form, sending us a photo of the item received, the reference number of the item received, and specify (if there are several items in your order) the one that was not received.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to register your return request.

Return costs are covered by AMI PARIS if the return is made in compliance with the conditions described here. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, exchanges are currently not possible for orders placed on amiparis.com However, you can return the order or item under the conditions described here and place a new order. 

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the soles intact for shoes; they must have been tried on on a clean surface) and with all their original labels.

Shoes must be returned in their original box, inside a parcel. Please return the order in its original packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned.

If a return is deemed non-compliant by AMI PARIS, the return will be refused and we will not be able to refund the order. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return your order, by following the steps below:

1. Register your return request - use the following form to initiate a return - or, if you have one, by logging into your customer account on amiparis.com. Simply click on “return items” in the order. This link will be available for 14 days following the date of receipt of your order.

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive confirmation of your request by email, along with a prepaid return label to print out and full instructions for returning your package.

2. Make sure the items are in their original condition and that all labels are attached. If you fail to do so, we will not be able to refund you.

3. Place the items in their original packaging. You do not need to add a returns form inside your package.

4. Seal your package and affix the prepaid return label received by email.

5. Drop off your package at one of the courier’s collection points. You can find a list of collection points by selecting the link in the email confirming the registration of your return. Alternatively, choose an address and time you would like the courier to collect the return package.

We recommend making sure that the courier scans your package on collection, so that your return can be tracked. Please keep your proof of postage until your return is fully processed.

If, despite the care we took in preparing your order, you have received an item that does not seem to meet the brand’s quality standards or that does not correspond to the item description when you placed the order, please contact our AMI PARIS advisors via our contact form available at the following link: contact form.

Please clearly specify your order number, send us some photos and the reference number of the item concerned so that your request is processed as quickly as possible.

Please do not remove the AMI PARIS label attached to your item, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Once your package has been received by our warehouse, our teams will perform a quality check within the following few days. If the return complies with the refund conditions, you will be informed by email and the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days. Confirmation of the refund will be sent to you by email. Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed. 

Order delivery costs are not refunded.

If you paid by credit card, the value of the returned products will be credited back to your card.

If you paid by PayPal, the value of the returned products will be credited back to your PayPal account. Delivery costs will not re-credited. 

Ami For Ever vouchers will not be automatically re-credited, for any questions contact our customer service department.

Once your return request has been registered, you will not be able to modify the details. Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible via our contact form, so that our advisors can cancel your return request and create a new one for you. Please note that this cancellation and new return request can only be registered if you have not yet returned your package.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to return an order made on amiparis.com to an AMI PARIS store, nor to our concessions or outlet stores.

Any item purchased in an AMI PARIS store, other than an outlet store, may be exchanged or subject to credit at an AMI PARIS directly operated store in the same country where the initial purchase took place.

The credit is nominative and valid for one year in AMI PARIS’s own stores located in the same country in which the credit was issued.

You have 14 calendar days following the date of purchase to return your item.

Underwear, swimwear and tax-free items cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items can only be returned within the same sale period.

Returned items must be returned in their original condition, with all their labels, accessories and documents. They must not have been worn, nor washed and must be in perfect resalable condition in order to be accepted for return by our store.

Creating your account allows you to directly track your online order and access your purchase history. You will be able to manage your personal information and save your favorite pieces in your wishlist to access them from any device.

You can place your order in guest mode. By choosing this option, you will not have access to a customer account and will have to track your order via the shipping email sent by the courier.

You can decide to create your account at any time using the email address used when placing your order. You will then have access to all orders placed and linked to this email address.

You can update and modify your account information by going to your account page, selecting “personal information” and then “edit my information”.

To delete your AMI PARIS personal account, please request this via our contact form.

To update your addresses, select the “my addresses” section within your account. You can click on “edit”, “add a new address” or “delete”. For any questions relating to changing a delivery address for a current order, please consult this section.

To reset your password, go to the account login page. Click on “forgot your password” and enter your email address. A password reset link will be sent to you by email. If it doesn’t appear in your main inbox, be sure to check your spam folder. The link will be active for 30 days. 

After this point, you will have to repeat the process. If you do not receive an email, you can make your request via our contact form

To subscribe to our newsletter, please head directly to the “Newsletter” section at the bottom of the page and complete the form with your email address. By subscribing to the AMI PARIS newsletter, you will be the first to be informed of our new products and events as well as the various news from the brand.

To unsubscribe, you can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter at any time.

You can also subscribe/unsubscribe from your customer account, under the “my personal information” section.

 

To add an item to your wishlist, select the heart icon on the piece you want to save. The piece will then appear in the “Wishlist” section at the top right of the AMI PARIS page.

You can also delete your favorite pieces directly from the Wishlist page. To save your wishlist, please log in to your customer account, or create one. The selected pieces will continue to appear in your wishlist for as long as the collection that they are from is available from our online store.

Respecting your privacy is of utmost importance to us and we do everything we can to protect it as best as possible during your visits to our website.

The information that you send us about yourself or your interests will only be used to offer you the best possible service and adapt our offers to your tastes. Under no circumstances do we sell, share, or provide your identity, cookies, personal information and location data to third parties, in accordance with our privacy policy. For your information, you will only be asked to provide your personal information for the following situations:

All items are carefully packaged in a parcel. Items requiring protection are placed in a dustbag or a box (i.e. shoes, bags, jewelry). During busy commercial periods, the packaging may be reduced to best meet the indicated delivery timeframes.

We currently do not offer the gift wrapping option on our online store.

Once your order is confirmed, changes cannot be made. You have 14 calendar days following receipt of your order to return it to us free of charge. As we cannot yet offer exchanges, we will refund the returned items, provided the return request and refund is confirmed.

An invoice is issued for each order placed. Whether or not you placed your order as a guest, you will receive it as a link in your shipping confirmation email. For any order placed under an existing customer account, you will also be able to find your invoice in your customer area, under the “my orders” section.

We cannot accommodate this type of request.

For your financial security, we are unable to change billing details once an order has been placed. If you have received an order confirmation, your order is being processed and should be shipped very soon. Once shipped, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information for your order.

One of our AMI PARIS advisors will be happy to help you make your choice and provide you with the best advice. They can be contacted by phone on +44 203 445 6138. The advisors will be able to send you a payment link so that you can checkout from your personal device.

Once added to your basket, the item will be kept in your basket for as long as it can be viewed on our online store. Adding an item to your basket does not guarantee its availability. The item will only be reserved for you once you have confirmed payment.

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other payment methods such as PayPal.

During the checkout process, supported payment methods are displayed on the screen.

Payment in installments is possible free of charge through Klarna and/or PayPal for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States

Currencies are based on the shipping country, prices will automatically be converted to the corresponding currency upon payment for your order.

Please connect to the version of the site corresponding to your country of delivery so that you can see the price of the items in the correct currency.

You can change the version of the online store at any time by selecting it from the bottom of your AMI PARIS webpage.

All transactions carried out on AMI PARIS via our payment service provider Global-e comply with PCI DSS 3.2, the basic security standard governing the payments sector. In line with the European DSP2 directive, “3D Secure” authentication has been systematically applied to each order since September 2019.

Our website, amiparis.com also uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption system. This protocol allows all information exchanged between you and AMI PARIS to be securely encrypted. Thanks to SSL, your data is unreadable to any third party, for guaranteed protection. 

You can easily verify this security by making sure the “https” prefix and the padlock symbol in your browser address bar are present. These indicators signal that the connection is secure, thereby ensuring the confidentiality of your personal and financial data during your transactions on our site.

The time the order is debited depends on the payment method used.

If you make your payment with a bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), you will be charged when the order is shipped.

If you use a third-party payment service (PayPal, etc.), you will be charged upon confirmation of the order.

For a deferred or split payment option, you will be charged at the rate indicated by the chosen option.

However, if an item is out of stock, we will automatically refund you.

If you have a promotional code, you will be able to enter it in the “promotional code” field located on the order confirmation page at checkout.

Once validated, the offer will be automatically taken into account and you can check it has been applied to your order before making payment. You can enter and combine several promotional codes: a new field will be displayed once the first valid code is entered at checkout.

Unless you have received a “free delivery” code, promotional codes do not apply to delivery costs.

We do not offer tax refunds on purchases made from our online store. No tax refund forms will be sent.

If you suspect that your payment may not have gone through, please check that no order confirmation email has been sent to you and that no order appears in your customer account. If there’s nothing there, you can try and place your order again by checking that the payment information you provided is correct.

If you have, and yet the payment still seems to have failed, please contact your bank, who will then be able to advise you on this subject.

If a payment error occurs due to a technical problem, you will be redirected automatically to the payment page for your order. Your payment method won’t be debited. You will also receive an email confirming the payment error.

Regulations regarding taxes and customs duties differ per country. Therefore, depending on the country of destination, taxes and customs duties may be paid on our website when you place the order, or to the courier upon delivery. The options available to you for paying taxes and customs duties will be clearly displayed on our website when you check out.

To combat fraud and guarantee your protection, our payment provider may be required to carry out checks and contact you before approving a transaction.

Every year, Alexandre Mattiussi and the AMI PARIS teams present two collections:

The AMI PARIS online store offers a wide selection of ready-to-wear, bags, small leather goods, accessories and shoes. However, certain limited-edition items may not be made available for sale from our online store.

If you cannot find an item, please contact our customer service department via our contact form. One of our advisors will be available to assist you in your search.

You can find certain pieces of our old collections in our Outlet stores that you will find on our Locator store (France and England only). We also invite you to consult our second -hand online store Ami for Ever To find a desired room. 

We are committed to offering the most beautiful items and take care to check and test all of the materials used to make our clothes. However, in exceptional cases, you may notice an issue with the quality of your item. Please send us the following information, in writing via our contact form:

1. Your order number.

2. The relevant item’s reference number, which can be found on the care label.

3. The issue with your item, including photos.

4. Details on how the item has been washed and any useful information to help us identify how the issue may have occurred.

Our advisors will forward your request to our quality department, who will be able to evaluate your item and provide you with the most suitable solution.

All materials are different and must be looked after carefully. Please be vigilant and meticulously follow the advice that appears on every care label on AMI PARIS items. If you do not follow these instructions and your item becomes damaged, the piece cannot be considered defective and you will not be able to request a refund.

We recommend these few rules when washing your garments:

1. Do not wash your items too often, especially jeans and knitwear.

2. Systematically separate whites and colors to avoid any color bleeding.

3. Do not wash your items above 30°C and make sure, in particular, that you use a delicate spin cycle.

4. Use a net for delicate clothes.

A size guide relating to the item concerned can be found on each of our product pages. This guide will allow you to check your measurements against the sizes offered for the item.

If you are not sure which size to select, you can use our “Find my size” tool which you will also find on each of the product pages. This will help you confirm your choice. Then, if the size does not fit, you have 14 days to return your order to us.

Our sizes may vary from one season to the next. For each item, please check that the selected size will fit, based on the guide provided.

Product authentication is not a service AMI PARIS provides. Authenticity is guaranteed only if the product was purchased from an AMI PARIS store or from an authorized reseller.

If you have any doubts about an AMI PARIS resale site, please contact us via our contact form specifying the seller’s contact details so that we can tell you if it is an official reseller.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the internet is a major channel for the distribution of counterfeit goods. That’s why it is in your best interest to make purchases only from AMI PARIS stores and authorized sales outlets, where you’ll never find counterfeit products.
