Digital Accessibility
AMI Paris is dedicated to making its websites, intranet, extranet, and software packages (including its mobile applications and digital urban furniture) accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005, for equal rights and opportunities.
We value inclusion and diversity and ensure that our website: www.amiparis.com is accessible to everyone, especially to those with disabilities.
An audit is currently underway, which is why the website is by default considered non-compliant with regulatory requirements. Consequently, no non-compliances or exemptions are listed below.
The service provider Accessiway supports us in this digital accessibility initiative.
We are firmly committed to a web for all. With a long-term and responsible vision, we aspire to fully meet regulatory requirements, including RGAA 4.1.2.
To this end, AMI Paris is implementing the following strategy and actions:
● Accessibility Statement (Audit in progress)
● Multi-Year Accessibility Plan 2024-2027 (currently being drafted)
● Action Plan for the current year (currently being drafted)
What is Digital Accessibility?
Digital accessibility means that people with disabilities can use the internet. Specifically, they must be able to perceive, understand, navigate, interact with, and contribute to the web. Digital accessibility also benefits others, particularly older adults whose abilities may change with age.
Digital accessibility encompasses all disabilities that affect web access, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological impairments.
Digital accessibility involves making online public communication services accessible to people with disabilities, namely by ensuring:
● Perceptibility: Adjusting content to be accessible through various senses.
● Usability: Making features navigable and usable for everyone.
● Comprehensibility: Ensuring a clear and predictable presentation of information.
●
Robustness:
Guaranteeing compatibility with current and future technologies.
